We welcome corporate lunches, team meetings, holiday celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, sports-team meals, fundraisers, community gatherings and many other professional and social events.
Yes. Our pre-selected group menus simplify ordering and help provide faster, more organized service. You focus on your guests and your event while our team takes care of the food and timing.
Please include any allergies or dietary requirements with your inquiry. Our team will review your needs and advise you about suitable menu options and available accommodations.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for larger groups, private spaces and peak dates. Catering orders generally require at least 24 hours' notice, while larger or full-service events may require additional planning time.
Yes. Depending on your location and event requirements, catering may be arranged for pickup, delivery or full service. Delivery and service charges may apply.
Full-service catering may include assistance from our service team, catering equipment, disposable serving supplies, cleanup and packing of remaining food. A 20% full-service fee applies.
Yes. You are welcome to arrange your own cake and decorations. Please inform our team in advance so we can review the details and help everything run smoothly.
Guests using a pre-selected group menu must order from the selected group options rather than the regular menu. Catering selections must be made from the available catering menu.

    By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize The Flats Eatery + Drink to contact you about the request.

    An inquiry is not a booking

    Submitting the form does not reserve a date, location, space or service. Availability, menu selections, pricing, minimums, service fees, taxes, deposits and cancellation terms will be confirmed separately by our team.

    Quotes and event details

    Any quote or proposal is subject to its stated validity period and final confirmation. Event details, guest count, dietary needs and service requirements must be reviewed with our team. Accommodations are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

    You authorize us to use the information provided to respond, prepare a quote, coordinate your event and deliver related customer service. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required to submit an inquiry.
