The Flats Journey
Every great story starts with a single plate...
2014 – Estevan
Our very first restaurant in Estevan, Saskatchewan – where The Flats began serving fresh, hearty plates that felt like home.
2020 – Moose Jaw
Bringing The Flats to Moose Jaw, we became part of the city’s vibrant dining scene with prairie-inspired comfort food.
2021 – Regina
The capital city embraced The Flats as a go-to Regina restaurant for family dining, casual meals, and local flavour.
2023 – Saskatoon (UH)
In Saskatoon, our eatery quickly became a hub for community, culture, and good food – a true local favourite.
2024 – Yorkton
Our Yorkton restaurant opened its doors to friends and families, adding more flavour, warmth, and community dining experiences.
2024 – North Battleford
The Flats came to North Battleford, where good vibes and great eats brought people together around the table.
2025 – Saskatoon (SB)
We returned to Saskatoon with our second location, making it the 7th Flats restaurant in Saskatchewan – growing together one plate at a time.
